Black Beauty

This edition of the book was published the same year as the film, for what it’s worth. I haven’t read it or saw the movie, but the book is apparently written from the horse’s perspective. Some might find that odd, but I say neigh. Mane reason is because of Mr. Ed, so of course I know you can talk to a horse. So, my guess is the horse dictated these memoirs, perhaps to his Secretariat. Hehe, sorry. Ok, last horse pun; actually, I don’t know if this is a pun, but I once did a series of drawings called Horse-drawn Carriages that are just a bunch of crudely drawn carriages, presumably by horses. Inquire if interested.

A great looking book safe for any equestrian or horse lover. Heck, give it to a horse for all I care. In any case, the recipient will enjoy the gold lettering and graphics on the black spine as well as the beautiful, colorful graphics on the front and back. Additionally, there’s an image of a jockey in the compartment. There’s a small hole on the edge of the spine on the back, but it’s hardly noticeable and doesn’t jeopardize the integrity in the least.
